Group Schedules

Welcome. Please ensure everyone uses sheets or a sleeping bag on each bed, bench, or sofa. Additionally, please ensure a bed pad is put on the red bench cushions before the sheets or sleeping bag. Each bench includes a bed pad, pillow, and blanket. The bench on the back wall includes pillows, a bed pad, and a blanket for the sofa. Do not permit any visitors upstairs. Also, please do not share the WiFi code with anyone not staying here. When you depart, please clean the upstairs thoroughly so it will be ready for the next missionary team. Thank you for all your helpfulness. We pray that God blesses you because of your faithfulness to Him. Blessings, anointing, and substance in Jesus in your life, we pray.

5:55 AM – 5 people to cook

7:00 AM – 5 people to serve

7:30 AM – Everyone else one-on-one sharing, brief testimonies, skits, clearing tables, dumping trash, eat, etc.

9:00 AM – Everyone clean up dishes, sink, kitchen, tables, vacuum floor, clean and stock bathrooms, etc.

10:00 AM – Morning meeting

11:00 AM – Prepare food bags (takes one or two hours)

5:00 PM – Boardwalk Outreach

6:30 PM – Dinner on your own upstairs

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Evening meeting

10:00 PM – Upstairs door locked for the night

Tuesday

5:55 AM – 5 people to cook

7:00 AM – 5 people to serve

Thursday

10:00 AM – Morning meeting

11:00 AM – 4:30 PM – Everyone begins preparing dinner for hundreds of guests.

12:00 PM – Generally pizza lunch together downstairs.

3:30 PM – Pass out dinner information cards.

4:30 PM – Eat dinner together downstairs.

5:30 PM – Help with all aspects of dinner outreach: greeting guests, serving food, clearing tables, dumping trashcans, making coffee, one-on-one sharing, testimonies, skits.

7:00 PM – Everyone clean up dishes, sink, kitchen, tables, vacuum floor, clean and stock bathrooms, etc.

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Evening meeting

10:00 PM – Upstairs door locked for night

Friday

5:55 AM – 5 people to cook
